A medium-sized brown-capped, pale-stemmed entoloma from wet forest litter, with smooth cap, adnate pinking gills, and a slender cream stipe.

Pileus: a medium‑sized, approximately 30-60 mm across; convex to plano-convex, sometimes slightly depressed with age. Surface smooth, dry, pale brown to warm ochre‑brown, often with a slightly darker centre. Margin even, not striate, sometimes faintly wavy in older specimens.
Lamellae: moderately spaced, adnate to adnexed, pale cream when young, becoming pinkish as spores mature. Gills appear broad and ventricose in side view. Edges even, not visibly serrate.
Stipe: 30-60 mm long, 4-7 mm thick, cylindrical, sometimes slightly curved; whitish to pale cream, smooth, dry, and lacking obvious fibrils. Base not markedly swollen. Flesh appears firm and pale.
Context: whitish throughout; no colour changes visible in the images.
