A small, white to pale yellow/apricot Hygrophorus with a strongly inrolled margin, glutinous cap and stipe, yellowish guttation droplets at the stipe apex, broadly adnate to subdecurrent wax‑yellow lamellae

Pileus: Up to 30 mm diam.; hemispherical when young, becoming convex to plane, sometimes subdepressed at disc. Papilla absent. Margin strongly inrolled in young basidiomes; not translucently striate. Surface glutinous, white to pale pink; glabrous when moist, becoming innately fibrillose in dry conditions. Not hygrophanous.
Lamellae: 12-18 (1-5) tiers; crowded; broadly adnate to subdecurrent. Colour pale yellow to wax-yellow. Edges entire, concolorous.
Stipe: 40-65 x 2-3 mm, cylindrical, often tapering toward base, rooting. Usually caespitose, rarely solitary. Colour white to pale yellow. Surface slimy; apex densely covered with glutinous yellowish guttation droplets, becoming pruinose/velutinous when dry. Fistulose, very brittle.
Context: White to pale yellow; fragile.
Odour/tast: Not distinctive.
